Secession Camp 4, SCV,
Monument Chairman Larry Walker expects this monument to be
erected by the end of the year. Secession Camp 4 made a
generous financial contribution for the construction of this
monument, and will be listed as a major contributor on the
front, as shown in the sketch. This monument will be 6 feet
tall x 3 feet wide, gray granite, with engraved and
colorized flags on the front and back.
Below is a photo of the North
Carolina at Third Winchester Monument that Larry recently
erected. The South Carolina at Cedar Creek Monument will be
of the same size, and built and installed in the same
manner, as the Third Winchester Monument shown in the photo.
